The main difference is how the trunk space is partitioned. Hatchbacks are also normally shorter than sedans. With a sedan, the trunk is partitioned away from the passenger cabin and is only accessible by opening the trunk. With a hatchback there is no trunk per se. A hatchback has space behind the rear passenger seat that is accessible through a rear door or window; often referred to as a "hatch", "lift gate", or some other term.
Siphon it out through the access hole in the trunk...
Yes it does! It is really loud in a hatch back or SUV vehicle. If you have sedan or trunk car the ported enclosure really helps get the sound to you through the seat.

The Infiniti G has a seat capacity for five people. The front seats are bucket and have the available option to be heated. The front seats have a standard headrest and center arm rest. The rear seats are fixed bench. The rear arm rest is center with pass through. The trunk of the Infiniti G measures 13.5 cu.ft. The trunk has a two way inside light/lid dim, with side to side carpet. The trunk has a standard lock with a push button automatic opening pad, and inside safety lock. The trunk can have the added option of being separately heated or cooled.
The Trunk release button is on the left side, below the steering wheel. Sits right beside the Mirror adjust button and the dash light dimmer switch. It doesnt really look like a switch, but that's it, just stick ur finger in and push down a bit.

A coupe is generally a 2 door automobile with larger trunk space than a sedan. A sedan is generally a 4 door automobile with smaller trunk space, however autos in the 30's, 40's and 50's were available in the 2 door sedan version with a more elongated body as opposed to the 2 door coupes.
