i'm not sure if there is an official name for it, but i know i have it! i hate talking on the phone in front of others... i am worried that everyone is listening to me and thinking i am weird for not being able to talk well on the phone. i usually step out of the room or wait until my co-workers are away from their desk before i make/answer a call. its pretty bad
