On the surface of the earth: not really, invertebrates have been found from the very depths of the ocean, to the coldest mountain tops. It is unlikely that you will find invertebrates closer to the center of the earth (ie, deeper than the crust) however no-one has actually tried since it is impossible with today's technology. We also have not yet found them outside the earth (otherwise they would literally be aliens).
Invertebrates that are found in the Savannah are Beetles, Ants, Worms, Spiders, and Moths.
