Yes. Small meteorites hit Earth every year. Large impacts are rare, but it is inevitable that one will happen eventually. However, there is no evidence to suggest that such and event will happen in the near future.

Yes, absolutely. The Earth is 4.5 billion years old or so; the Earth will continue to exist for another 3-4 billion years. During that period, it's virtually certain that a comet will directly impact the Earth.

Will it happen within the next hundred years? Most probably not; the Earth is hit by comet-sized objects every few thousand years, but not more often than that.
