If you mean remove vocals from a mixed recording, it can sometimes be done with a center-channel canceling function. There is no program that can remove or un-mix other instruments in a commercial recording.
First, drag the video into the Timeline view. Then click, hold and drag the file from the video track down one more into the Audio/Music track. You will notice that the video is gone and only the audio remains. Publish/Finish the project file. It will be converted to a .wma file (windows media audio). Once you have the file in audio format, re-import it into the program again. Drag it down onto the audio track and it will play with a different video of your choice.
where can i take music
Take the video into an editing program, drop your audio file of choice over the section/s where the profanity is, and keyframe the volume of the original audio to 0 for the duration of the profanity.
The music has been composed exclusively for North One Television, so it isnt avaliable in the public domain. However you can still download it, it will just take a little bit of effort. 1) Search for YouTube Downloader on Google and download the program. 2) Search for WRC Intro on YouTube, obtain the url for the video you wish and download the flv file. If you download the right program, it will also convert the video's audio into an mp3 file.
you can use windows movie maker it will let you edit the movie and the sound just drag the audio thing to audio/music and if you dont have adudio the movie will be silent.

I am not sure that I understand the question. You want to shorten the music file and the video duration to stay the same? Well you will have to re-convert the video. 1. Convert your video into mp3 file. 2. Open it in Nero Wave Editor, the program contained in Nero applications. Select and Edit->Delete the part you don't want, you can also add an outro if you want. 3. Save the file as mp3. 4. Open your video in Windows Movie Maker (my version is for Vista, I don't know if this works in previous versions). 5. Drag the video into the timeline. 6. You will see a + sign on the left in timeline, on the beginning of the video. Just click it and it will split into three lines: Video, Transition and Audio. 7. Right click on audio file on the line and choose Mute. 8. Drag your edited mp3 file on Audio/music line, below the video Audio line. 9. Convert into a new video. If you have all of these programs installed, it will take a few minutes (without converting).
Yes, just download the Music and use a good program to make a audio CD - not a data CD, because a data CD will not work on CD players, only computers
The best option would be VirtualDub (read here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VirtualDub). And it's absolutely free.
It may not apply to you, but I have an option of "mute audio" If you can find it, that's your answer!
An MP3 file is a music file that has been compressed down to only take up a small amount of space. All without affecting the quality of the music.
One may take courses on music production at the "Vancouver School of Audio Engineering, Recording and Music Producstion". It is one the best courses for music production in Canada.
