If your computer is crashing immediately ,Press f12 or f7 before your computer initiates your OS and enter in SAFE MODE (this is for windows OS) . Then you will be able to diagnose your computer without worrying about it crashing. If you meant error reporting , Windows by default saves a dump file including the the reason why the crash occured. Look into that but it's not very useful if you have no experience in it.
