There may not be a specific program available that does that, but one could easily be written in many different languages. So it would be possible to get one to do it. All you need is to know some programming or know someone that does. You could then tell them specifically what you need it to do.

Who arrange the table of elements?

the place where an element sits on a Periodic Table is not chosen by anyone. the place where it sits is chosen by it's atomic number or the number of protons it has eg lithium 3 protons its third

What is the relationship of atomic size and atomic number of elements?

R = r0A1/3 Where R is nuclear radius (I'm assuming this is your chosen measure of size), r0 is the constant 1.05fm and A is the nucleon number, or mass number.

What is the difference between nc2 and nc4?

The main difference between nC2 and nC4 is the number of elements being chosen. nC2 represents the number of ways to choose 2 elements from a set of n elements, while nC4 represents the number of ways to choose 4 elements from a set of n elements. In general, nC4 will be a larger number compared to nC2 for the same value of n.

What are the advantages of insertion sort?

It is less efficient on list containing more number of elements. As the number of elements increases the performance of the program would be slow. Insertion sort needs a large number of element shifts.

What are the popular multiprocessor thread scheduling strategies?

Load Sharing: Processes are not assigned to a particular processor. A global queue of threads is maintained. Each processor, when idle, selects a thread from this queue.Gang Scheduling: A set of related threads is scheduled to run on a set of processors at the same time, on a 1-to-1 basis. Closely related threads / processes may be scheduled this way to reduce synchronization blocking, and minimize process switching. Group scheduling predated this strategy.Dedicated processor assignment: Provides implicit scheduling defined by assignment of threads to processors. For the duration of program execution, each program is allocated a set of processors equal in number to the number of threads in the program. Processors are chosen from the available pool.Dynamic scheduling: The number of thread in a program can be altered during the course of execution.

What does square root mean maths?

Choose a number, any number, then the singlenumber which when multiplied by itself give your chosen number is the "square root" of your chosen number.eg Chosen number = 164*4 = 16 so the Square root of 16 is 4.

How do you find the number of protons in an elements nucleus?

The number of protons in an elements nucleus is the same number at the atomic number.
