I certainly have... Many times, but not always with my own panic attacks I would have uncontrollable itching after the uncontrollable heart racing had begun to settle. Itching was normally in the extremities (hands and feet). I believe it has something to do with the rapid fluctuation in blood pressure...

I am not aware of any differences between panic attacks and anxiety attacks. So far as I know, panic is just a word for extreme anxiety. If you feel you are suffering from anxiety, you should consult a doctor.

From personal experience: Yes. Most of my panic attacks are somewhat quiet. I rarely have panic attacks that have me scrabbling around, wringing my hands, and other loud actions.
