There are a couple that I know, but I doubt they have an actually working G.E where you can buy and trade stuff. The one I'm using now, there's like the G.E but it doesn't work like it would in regular RS, plus for the one I'm using now, you enter in item codes for whatever you want, like 100 3rd age platebodies or something.
