Scripture does not saying anything about God calling fools. The word 'fools' is mentioned 42 times in the KJV; none of which apply to the 'calling' of fools. Scripture addresses 'fools' and may call individual people fools.That word (fools) is used almost exclusively to describe a negative in a person so it is not suprising that Scripture does not mention that God would "call' fools.

It is difficult when reading scripture to say with any conviction that there is inerrancy in it. One must read and study the scriptures, then ask God if what you have read is true. If you ask with a sincere heart and have the faith to know that he will answer your prayer, then you will know of the truth of all things. If what you read is good then it is of God.
Scripture includes no record of God creating Jesus through any angels or any other entity. Scripture says that Christ was with God in the beginning, before creation (John 1). Scripture goes on to say that Christ left heaven and was born as a human of the Holy Spirit through Mary, who would call the baby by the name of Jesus.
