No, if you tubes are tied, ligated, cauterized, occluded, or whatever, you cannot get pregnant no matter what, unless the surgery was poorly done. Whether you do missionary, reverse missionary, doggy style, or whatever, has no bearing on whether you get pregnant, and such positions and others do not override nor reverse the surgery.
