Yes. It is a variation on a 9 patch and looks quite simple to make. In order to make my description make sense let's number the units, 1 through 9. With 1, 2 and 3 being the top row, 4, 5 and 6 being the middle row and 7, 8 and 9 being on the bottom row.
It can be composed of two colours. (I have seen them made with more, but two colours allows the pattern to pop out.) Let's say, blue and white.
There are four corner units (1, 3, 7 and 9) each consisting of a four patch composed of four half square triangles.
The middle units consist of a two rectangles to make a square (half blue and half white). This would be units 2, 4, 6 and 8.
The centre square (unit 5) is one colour.
Let's say the centre block is white. Let's lay out all the parts.
Put unit 5 in the centre, and put unit 2 above it, so that the blue borders the white. Place unit 4 and unit 6 on either side of unit 5, so that the blue on them borders the white. Then put unit 8 below the white centre square so that the blue borders the white.
Unit 1 will have 4 little squares that are half square triangles - so half white and half blue. Arrange them so that the blue corner of one of the squares is against the blue corner of units 2 and 4. Arrange the other three triangles of that unit, in the same orientation. so that the blue is aimed towards the centre block and the white is aimed away.
Do the same thing with the other little triangles in the other three corners.
That is what a Single Wedding Ring block looks like. I have got the pattern in an old quilting book - and it has those little half square triangles arranged to make a white square on point in each corner, but I have never actually seen it done that way. Hope that helps!

One can purchase a titanium wedding ring in wedding ring sellers such as Tiffany's. In addition, one can find and purchase a titanium wedding ring in online stores such as Amazon or eBay.
The answer is in the question. Wedding ring is closest the hand and therefore closest the heart
The wedding ring is worn on the "ring" toe(like the "ring" finger). During the wedding ceremony, garlands of flowers are placed around the necks of the newlyweds in lieu of ring.
