It's a proprietary one from Acer, though I have seen some from 3rd parties out there that can be used as a replacement charger, but again it mainly fits the C7/C710 series.
The DSi XL's charger is proprietary, ie, it's specially made by Nintendo. No phone charger will fit in its socket. You might be able to find a 3rd party XL charger made by a different company. However be warned, as these may damage the XL or even start fires.

The fuel pressure is WAAAY too high 35 psi is about what it should be at. New fuel pump is needed. That should be your solution.
