There is an item called a Hard Stone (introduced in the Generation II games) that boosts the power of Rock-type moves when it is held by a Pokemon.
The Hard Stone isn't an item that can be purchased in the game. It has to be found. In the latest games (X and Y at the time of this writing), Hard Stones can be found in the following places:
You will have to use rock smash to get it in all of those places. You can also get one through super training, or in battle. Sometimes wild Pokemon are holding one, specifically these types of Pokemon:
No, there is not currently a stone mostly for ground types.
No, only some pokemon such as clefairy, evolve with a moon stone. But other certain pokemon will evolve only with a water stone or other type of stone. So a moon stone does not evolve any type of pokemon, unless that pokemon has the certain conditions to evolve.
Lampent, Misdreavus, and/or Murkrow
Excadrill is a Ground and Steel type pokemon.
No Pokemon levels up through Hard Stone, but it DOES raise the power of rock-type moves by 10%.
A dusk stone will evolve Misdreavus and Murkrow. It might work on other dark/ghost/psychic type Pokemon as well, I'm not entirely sure.
it is simple you have to give it a ground stone which makes it evolve this is only found when you give a ground type pokemon a king stone and leave it in a drycare centre because of the ground type pokemon the kings rock get converted into ground stone and give rhydon it and it will evolve 100 % but to get ground stone you must rember that ( 1) the pokemon should be a ground type pokemon only (2) leave ground type pokemon with rhydon so that the king rock can get converted into ground stone (3) ground stone give it to rhydon and let him have 94 battles and it will evolve deu to increase pressure on his body he should not go to pokemon centre to recover or give him any thing if you give an item that will recover him he will not evolve and you have to start over again so be sure to evolve into a powerfull pokemon and good luck

No; there are no rock-type Pokemon that evolve by stone.
A hard stone is a hold item, to give to a Pokemon to make their rock (or ground)type moves stronger. It doesn't make any Pokemon evolve.
In Pokemon Red Rescue Team, Nidorano, Nidorina, and Clefairy evolve with a Moon Stone.Enjoy your Ground-Type Nidorans!
