There is and there is not. The best way to answer this is that there are several degrees for people interested in engineering. Some of the more common ones are aerospace, civil, environmental, mechanical, etc. If you research engineering as a career you will find many more branches of engineering and programs that offer Masters level degrees in each of the disciplines. Some universities may even offer Doctorate programs. So yes you can get a masters in engineering but not as a broad all encompassing degree. I should mention that some of the fields combine nicely to provide crossover; that is, you can be an environmental and civil engineer as they can be complimentary. There is also the route of Modeling and Simulation which is an engineering degree that is multidisciplinary.
