I wouldn't call it 'temporary' but, you can get a Vasectomy reversed. It has more chances of success if it's done within 10 years of the original surgery.

They also used to have a surgical proceedures where they put in a valve that could be opened if you opted to have a change of heart but, it was micro surgery and quite expensive if I remember correctly and most insurance companies don't cover it as it's considered elective surgery.

So, 'temporary' no...but, it can be reversed successfully if it's not too long after the original surgery. It's not recommended that you have it done again after you've had the reverse surgery.
