I don't think so, but if you're trying to disable the switch from opening up the trunk from the inside (good idea BTW), you can adjust the switch from inside the trunk, right where the lock is, by adjusting the red lever where the trunk lock is.
Check the fuse box. There is an "Alarm" fuse.

Most of the fuses in the 1995. The Buick Skylark have a rating of either 20 amps or 30 amps. The fuse ratings, can be found on the fuse box cover.

The easiest way to bypass the antitheft module in your 1997 Buick Skylark is to remove the fuse. The location of the antitheft module fuse is listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
It could be your courtesy light fuse. See my answer on horn blowing continously. It is really hard to explain what the problem is.
The 1994 Buick Regal horn fuse is located in the fuse box. The horn fuse will be in the second column, fourth from the top.
Just yank-out the fuse for the horn until you get it fixed.
You might just need a new flasher or a fuse.
1985 Buick Skylark fuse location: Remove the plastic panel, roughly 4" x 4", located on the left side of the inside of your glove box. I don't know where any relay switches are located.
It could be the ignition switch or a fuse. Maybe a relay.
