Very very expensive. But scope out STS turbos. They are mounted behind the cat just before the muffler. One single turbo can only produce about 8 lbs. of boost but its lag time is nearly non exsistent or at worst half as bad as a regular turbo. 4th gen f bodies are very difficult to front-mount turbo charge. http://www.ststurbo.com/universal_system
The V6 in the 1997 Camaro was the 3.8, not the 3.4
Yes I own a '94 and have found a few different turbos that fit it, there are also supercharger kits for it, but a turbo is much cheaper.
its called the 4L60E
Add a turbo to it.
Will have a 3.8 v6 motor under the hood
car tuning should have one out soon for the 3.8 camaro, check their website: http://www.cartuning.ca/future/
V6 is approximately 3392 lbs. V8 is approximately 3436lbs.
Nither get a v8 manual. you would be wasting your time putting a super or turbo charger in a v6 auto.
drop the fuel tank. the pump is in the tank.
Not terribly likely as they are 2 different bodystyles and 2 different engines
your better off buing a z28! save you alot of money and time. with about 5 to 10 thousand bucks its not even worth the thought
I'm sure you can find a set-up in the aftermarket parts, call summit racing or Jeggs.
