I think you mean evolution but you could also mean revolting against government. Both are covered. Let us know which you mean.

If you are thinking of revolution then there is not much directly relating to this topic since Jesus said 'my kingdom is not of this world.' However, in a number of places where Paul preached there was quite a stir and so the ideas he put forward did engender a spiritual 'revolution' in the lives of people. And, of course, the devil does not like people turning to Christ and so strife ensued. The following is one example in relation to the preaching of Paul and Silas at Thessalonica.

6And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also;

Revolution does not occur in The Bible, but a similar word, rebellion, occurs 9 times, and here is what the Bible says about it:

For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft (1 Samuel 15.23)
