No, rheas are native to South America. Yugoslavia is a country in Europe that no longer exists, as it dissolved in the 1990s and its territories are now part of different countries such as Croatia, Serbia, and others.
An 'albergue' is actually translated as a refuge, or hostel. Albergues are found in Spain and are used as 'pilgrim hostels' along the popular route of El Camino de Santiago to Compostela in Spain. They therefore encourage pilgrims to stay within a particular village and therefore bring advantages to the community.
