At the moment there is no private message system, but we are looking into revamping Message Boards.
You can leave them a message on their message board. At the bottom of a question that has been answered, it tells who answered it. If the person is a member of WikiAnswers, you can click on their name and it will give you information about them, including a link to their message board.

Currently, you cannot block certain individuals from writing on your message board. You can block all Non-Supervisors from writing on your message board by emailing WikiAnswers @ Answers.com(remove spaces) and asking for them to do so. Please note that this will not block Supervisors or Community Assistants.
