In the first series of games RED AND BLUE AND YELLOW you can find a missingno and it will duplicate your 6th item to x99
You'll need to get a certain lv of special of a Pokemon to bring forth a missingno, but keep in mind that not all missingno duplicate items and some can really screw up your game :) you should look around to see what ones people have fought

You can't, the game won't let you transfer items from any other game apart from Pokemon Black or another copy of White.

impossible...unless you can buy them again or catch the things? Actually you can copy items. But I only know that you CAN copy items and Pokemon in Pokemon emerald only. Sorry that is the only game i know that can do it. Heres how to do it, first go to the battle tower and give a Pokemon a item ( a Pokemon in the PC) or putting a Pokemon in a box. Log out of the PC and save. Then log back in and take the Pokemon or item and log out. Then go to the lady that does multi link battles( the one next to the PC. Tlak to her and register 2 Pokemon in any type of battle. She will ask you to save. Say yes. There will be a little wait. Then where it says "do you want to save" say no and turn off the power. Then turn the power back on. Then there will be a item in your bag or Pokemon in your party and a item or Pokemon in the PC!! Ideal for master balls for legendaries and Pokemon you like for you to trade for more Pokemon.

Only with an action replay. There used to be an old way in the original games but they fixed this. Now there is no known way (so far) to copy items.

If this is the case, you may be playing a pirated version of the game. As an anti-pirating measure, the game prevents Pokemon from gaining experience if it figures out that it's a pirated copy of the game.

Why doesnt Pokemon lake let you catch any mixture Pokemon when you click battle?
you need to click items and if its the first lake you need to go farther into the game
