There is no redeem-a-code for a dragon ride/pet. You need to purchase the ride from the SC marketplace.

You can have as many rides as you want (i think). I have 18
How do you get a reqally cheap ride on Free Realms?
You could redeem a $10 SC card from Sevin-Elevin. It still gives the T-Rex ride. Or you could buy one of the rides in game. They are usually under $5. Truthfully, $5 isn't much to pay for a Dragon!
