The author of this question categorised it in Microsoft Excel. I am not aware of anything called "swim lanes" related to MS Excel. However, you can highlight a column by clicking on the column heading (the letter of the column at the top of the screen).
Since you put this question in the Excel category, I will answer relative to what you can do with Excel. The quick way is to highlight the column of numbers and click on the Auto-Sum button.
This can vary, just like it does on our interstates. Usually 2 lanes each way, but sometimes 3 or 4 lanes each way.
Click on the row or column header you want to delete. Then right click and pick Delete.

Traffic lanes are narrower on the north east coast because they were constructed in to be that way.
to swim like you are about to die
Two-way roads are divided into there lanes throughout the country. This occurs in big cities, because there is constant traffic throughout the day.
A broken white line has two purposes. For a channelized left turn lanes, it separates lanes traveling in the same direction. In a two-way left turn lane, it separates two southbound lanes and two northbound lanes.
All lanes on that street go one direction only
it is vertically
if you add "@" this sign before a name then it will tag that man named and he will get a notification....that is the way to highlight a name...
Yes cougars can swim but they arent very fond of it. They will swim if they have to but otherwise they will find a way around it.
