if you mean you want villagers to find you more attractive simply buy the clothes that have the most points in attraction and hair, beard or makeup. however if you would like to change your characters look you can either become very pure or opposite if you choose, lose physique to have less muscle, eat celery to lose fat, choose clothes, hair and makeup you like. theres not much else though.
