No, you need to actually start up World of Warcraft to have this information. This is done intentionally, to prevent people from knowing what characters belong to which account, but also to make sure that people who illegally buy an account cannot know what characters are there.
The first is to protect people from being harassed on other characters, while the second is to discourage people from simply buying accounts.
