If you have the Subsistence version of MGS3, the second disc (Persistence) has the secret theatre (has funny parodies of in-game cutscenes), Snake vs. Monkey, the original 1987 Metal Gear, and the 1990 Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake. That used to be the disc you used to play MGS3 online, but that has been closed down.
You can't make your character smoke while playing, but Snake pulls out his cigar during some cutscenes. Otherwise, you can always ACTUALLY smoke while playing, but that's hazardous to your health.

Additional camouflage and face paint originally available via download and in other regions comes included with Subsistence. There is also a Snake vs. Monkey mini-game, European Extreme difficulty level, parody cutscenes, and connectivity with Metal Gear Ac!d 2.
