If your talking about Facebook you cannot delete your account but you can 'De-activate' it however, you can activate it again at any time.
To post picture on Facebook to more than one group at the same time you need to tag the groups.

You can't. They disappear after a short period of time.
To completely delete messages, you have to delete them one at a time in the archives. There is a site called fbsweeper that will delete them for you all at once. It is much easier than doing it on facebook.
