Consider that (in general) there is almost always more real estate for sale than there are buyers. Particularly right now. There is a ton of listings in all markets at present. Anyone (like a real estate agent) who knows a buyer will keep that information confidential. Buyers are like diamonds in the current market; there are very few of them. They're the rarest of gems. There are no web sites with lists of people who want to buy real estate. They'd be swamped out in seconds. No buyer with any sense needs or even wants to advertise that he's looking for property. There's too much out there screaming "buy me! please" for it to be necessary. Best of luck in the market.
