A four inch scratch is really big, probably too big for any scratch remover to fix correctly. What you need to do is take your car in to a place that fixes glass. They should have the correct tools to fix the issue.

There is a new Revlon complexion concealer that will help get rid of those unwanted dark circles. It is supposed to work really good and it also works really fast.
I have never tried it with gum, but nail polish remover works great for a lot of things. You must be careful though, it can bleach whatever you are trying to remove the gum from. There is a cleaning substance called "Goo-gone" that works really well for stuff like this too.
It should be paint remover using heat and not pain remover using heat. The answer is blowtorch which is used to strip off old paint.
