Yes, there are several. The most detailed is an 1850's Dripps map that you can find in the Jersey Room at the main branch of the Jersey City library. Unfortunately I have not had luck locating reproduce-able copies of any of the early Jersey City maps. The very knowledgeable staff at the library may be able to help you though.
