Yes. It had its paperwork approved with the county commission. It will be located .3 mile north of Rt 11 intersection with Edwin Miller Blvd on Edwin Miller Blvd. It will be located on the west side of the road and will have just under 18,000 sq feet of retail space. It is supposed to open in summer 2012. They have not broken ground as of April 21st, 2012.
