Is there an easy way to catch Latios and Latias in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire?

You can catch them with Master Balls without hurting them (the easy way). When you are going to do it the hard way (catching them with Ultra Balls), make sure the lead Pokemon knows a move that puts them to sleep. Latios will be on level 40 and so will Latias.
