Yes there is. Check out the movie National Treasure. It's made by Disney so it's not taken seriously by the general public but it is actually based on a true story. In the 80's a professor from Princeton actually stole the Declaration of Independence from Hoover Dam and used Vinegar (not lemon juice like in the movie) to "reveal" the map on the back of the document. No one knows for sure where the map led to but some scholars speculate that it revealed the location of the lost city of Atlantis, ruled by King Leonidas.
I'm pretty sure that it doesn't.
yes, totally.
It is sometimes reffered to as the National Treasure because it is one of the most valued and highly guarded documents in the history of the United States. There was also a movie called National Treasure about a man who finds a map on the back of the Declaration of Independence that leads to the worlds greatest treasure originally guarded by the Knights Templar.

According to National Archives: "In case you were wondering, there is writing on the back of the original, signed Declaration of Independence. But it is invisible, does it include a map, as the recently released Disney feature film, National Treasure, suggests. The writing on the back reads: 'Original Declaration of Independence, dated 4th July 1776.'

1. Go to Map. 2. Click Local Map. 3. Warp to the same location you are in. Example: If you are in the park, warp to the park again. That is how you turn invisible!
Cage plays Benjamin Gates, a historian and amateur cryptologist searching for a lost treasure, once protected by the Knights Templar and hidden by the Freemasons during the early years of the United States. A coded map on the back of the Declaration of Independence points to the location of the "national treasure", but Gates is not alone in his quest. Whoever can steal the Declaration and decode it first, will find the greatest treasure in history.
