This is too much of a "hands on job" to learn online. But if you do decide to enroll in an online pharmacy technician school, pick an online school that guarantees you an externship or internship with a local pharmacy. As long as you get decent grades on your exams. Make sure the online school you choose has an "externship partnership" with a Walgreens, Rite Aid, or CVS. Pharmacies do not usually arrange externships or "work experience options" directly with students. So pick a school that schedules it for you. It's worth the extra money. You will have a much better chance of finding a job in this competitive job market.
