I have gotten rid of stage fright by learning to like it. I have enjoyed doing plays, singing, and band on stage when I was 10. Another way is to not think of the people that are staring at me. If you make a mistake I have learned to play along like I have done something right.
If you immerse yourself in your role and think about what you are doing, rather than thinking about the people who are watching you do it, you should be able to overcome stage fright.
Stage fright comes from fear of failure. The best way to deal with this is to perform a lot. You will eventually have time when you are not at your best or even have a failure moment. When this happens it's a good thing because you won't worry if it happens again. All entertainers make mistakes. It's a part of being human.

Dancing is a talent that can only be achieved either as a born gift or by lots and lots of practice. Most people are successful with dancing if they are confident, can overcome stage fright, and have family and friends to support them along the way.
A phobia is a fright, so get rid of it the way you do any other fright; grow out of it, face it, see a phychiatrist, and some don't go away. Ever. A phobia is an irrational fear. Irrational fears usually come from the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy deals directly with the subconscious mind and a good hypnotherapist can help a person overcome their phobia.
When you do stuff you are afraid to do, it is really scary but it boosts up your self-confidence when you are through doing it (unless it's something really stupid and not worth doing.) If it is something worth-while like over-coming stage fright, it is really scary at first, but you feel great once it's over with because you know that you over-came your fear. Later on, if you keep up with the attempts to perform in front of people on stage, you will be confident on going on stage eventually. (stage fright is just an example. try to apply the courage thing to other stuff.)

Sadly there is no easy way to be rid of cancer. Often it requires long rounds of chemo-therapy, sometimes radiation treatments, and quite commonly surgery, but none of these are a guarantee. It will depend on the type of cancer you have and at what stage it was discovered and treatment began.
There are many ways to cure it btw but one way that i would think would work would be to practice, practice, practice getting in front of people. the more you do it the easier it becomes. practice being in front of a positive group of people (friends, family, teachers, etc.) you'll be use to the feeling of being on stage... stage is not a normal place for people to be it takes getting use to... GOOD LUCK! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
