Is there any Anti-Vandalism Software that Wiki-Answer can use to automatically delete vandals and vandalized items?

We have a team of top-of-the-line techies that would implement any tools necessary to help out the site.
That Anti-Vandalism Software you are speaking of is called Supervisors. There are over 1000 of us wandering the site day after day, hour after hour for any form of vandalism. Once spotted, we take care of the vandalism, warn and or block the user responsible, and go about our business.
We have a very established warning and blocking system that essentially "deletes" vandals from the site. Because there is no computer program that can recognize what is vandalism and what is not (some answers may appear as vandalism but could actually answer the question), we have hundreds of Supervisors working to stop the problem.
Unfortunately, vandalism is spread wide and far. While we cannot get them all, we are very successful at catching the major vandals and getting to most of the other trouble makers.
