Highly unlikely, the anime has had a modfied ending, since the light novels it was based from have not ended yet, but the final few episodes were very similar.

No, it was asume that 13 episodes would be season 1 then the reast would be season 2, but it didn't happen that way, there was only ever one season.

I failed to find any information regarding when season 2 of Crossing Jordan will be issued on DVD. as season 1 of Crossing Jordan was only issued last year, i am assuming that it may be awhile before season 2 is issued on DVD.
