It is doubtful that there are any baby aliens on Pluto, for numerous reasons. One is that it is unable to support life; and the other is that, due to its harsh climate, any baby aliens would actively seek out a better planet on which to grow and mature.
It is unknown whether any adult aliens currently reside there, but all available evidence makes it rather doubtful.
We have not yet made contact with any aliens.

At the moment we do not have the technology to send a manned probe to Pluto, or any other planet.
There are no known animals on Pluto as it is a small, cold, and distant dwarf planet located in the outer regions of our Solar System. The extreme conditions on Pluto, such as its low temperatures and lack of atmosphere, make it inhospitable for animals or any form of complex life.
