Assassin's creed was reviewed as being somewhat repetitive, but the plot is excellent if you enjoy being immersed in a story with a lot of philosophical dilemmas.
All in all, it's definitely worth renting if you aren't sure if you want to buy it. That's always the best way to decide for yourself.

For assassins creed 2, you would need a good graphics card for your computer or the game will lagg. You can play MW2 on bad graphics card and not lagg. But overall, if you like 1ster person shooter than MW2 is by far the best shooting game.
