There is no such thing as a 1000mg Vicodin!
Vicodin, Lortab, Lorcet, Norco, Zydone, and many others are all brand names of the same generic combination of Hydrocodone and APAP better know as Tylenol and it comes in several strengths from 10 mg hydrocodone to 2.5 mg Hydrocodone combined with from 650 mg of Tylenol (APAP) to 325mg Tylenol.
Example: Lortab 5/500 is 5mg Hydrocodone and 500mg Tylenol. Norco 5/325 is 5mg Hydrocodone and 325mg Tylenol. So if you take 2 Vicodin 5/650 you would be taking 10 mg hydrocodone and 1250mg of Tylenol.
(One should limit APAP (Tylenol) to 4000 mg per day as anything over that causes damage to the liver.)
These drugs are almost identical in chemical compound but yet are sold under several different strengths and brand names, none of which are 1000mg! They are classified as CIII drugs which means it they are not as controlled as say Adderall, Morphine or Oxycodone which are CII's.
You should consult your Doctor or pharmacist with questions about your prescribed medication, unfortunately if you bought it on the street and they told you it was a 1000mg Vicodin then they lied and you could be taking anything which could kill you!
vicodin can consist of 5mg or 10mg of hydrocodone and 325mg of acetaminophen. So to convert mg to gm there are 1000mg to 1 gram
The highest Vicodin around is Vicodin HP, which has 10mgs of Hydrocodone in it, which is double the amount of their weakest, standard Vicodin, which only has 5 milligrams of Hydrocodone in it.

Watson 387 is a generic version for Vicodin. It is mild narcotic pain reliever. Each pill contains a combination of 7.5mg Hydrocodone bitartrate and 750mg Acetaminophen. Hydrocodone is an opioid, and Acetaminophen is a a weaker pain reliever and a fever reducer that increases the effects of Hydrocodone. Beware that Acetaminophen is rather harmful for the liver, and in dosages that exceed 1000mg taken at a time or 4000mg during the day can be dangerous! Remember that other medications can contain Acetaminophen, too (e.g., Darvocet, or Tylenol PM). Be careful not to overdose the total dose of Acetaminophen if you combine Watson 387 (Vicodin) pills with other medications.
The possibility of harming yourself is present, because cocaine is a stimulant and vicodin is a depressant. Your heart could be over worked because one drug is telling it to beat faster and another is telling it to beat slower, and you could have a heart attack or cardiac arrest. However, vicodin's effects are mild enough to be safe to mix with cocaine in a small dose, and only when you aren't continuing your cocaine use. I would never recommend mixing cocaine with anything stronger than vicodin, especially anything with oxycodone in it.

1000 mg vicodin (about 133 extra-strength pills) would stop any human from breathing. Without external breathing help, the subsequent anoxia would cause death. When a person dies his metabolism stops, and the vicodin in the system would stop being converted to vicodin metabolites. Without intervention, the body will decompose naturally, and any vicodin remaining in the system has three possible dispositions: it could be broken down by scavenger organisms like bacteria and invertebrates, it could spontaneously decompose due to, e.g., abiotic oxidation, or it could stay unmodified in the decomposing remains of the body. 1000 mg vicodin will stay in the body approximately forever.
