Unless the defense can conjure up a miracle the possiblity of an aquittal is slim at best. Anthony sent a letter to another inmate stating that she would give Caley 'stuff' to knock her out, allowing her the freedom to party with friends without the cost of a babysitter. The circumstancial evidence alone is overwhelming. Casey Anthony is exactly where she should be.
Casey Anthony is very unlike any Greek god; Casey Anthony is very human.
As far as I know, Casey Anthony did not have a criminal record before the death of Caylee.
As of the time of this writing, stories of book/movie deals are nothing but rumor. Her attorney in the murder case has published a book, but has made it clear that Anthony is not getting any of the income from it's sales.
As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, Casey Anthony does not have a verified YouTube page. She has maintained a low public profile following her highly publicized trial, and any accounts claiming to be hers may not be authentic. It's important to verify the legitimacy of social media accounts through credible sources.
No, I'm quite sure that Casey Anthony has few if any psychological theories. She seems to have average intelligence but doesn't show much evidence of using it. In the period since her trial, she has stayed out of the public eye and may have spent that time learning from her mistakes, or at least learning something.
There is no credible evidence to suggest that Casey Anthony was accidentally overdosed by Xanax, nor is there a connection between the drug and the alleged nanny named "Zanny." The speculation around her case primarily revolves around the tragic circumstances of her daughter's death and the subsequent legal proceedings. While Xanax can lead to overdose in certain situations, any claims regarding its involvement in Casey Anthony's case would require substantial evidence to be taken seriously.
Casey Anthony was found not guilty in the death of her daughter and can't be charged a second time. That's called 'double jeopardy' which the the Fifth Amendment forbids, "... nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb;". The only recourse through the courts is a civil suit brought by those who may have cause. Casey Anthony is being sued by a woman whose name is the same as the nanny that Casey made up to explain her daughter's disappearance claiming that she could not find employment while her name was in the headlines; the organization Texas EquuSearch for the money they spent on their search efforts; and the court has ordered that she pay back nearly $100,000 to the Orlando law enforcement agencies for the cost of investigating her lies. As of 10/4/11, Casey Anthony appeared in court to testify that she is still unemployed and unable to pay the court order.

Caylee Anthony's body was found in a wooded area near the Anthony home on December 11, 2008, five months after she was last seen alive on June 16, 2008. The body was completely decomposed making it impossible for an autopsy to determine a cause of death. The last person to be seen with Caylee was her mother Casey Anthony. Casey never reported the child missing. The child's grandmother, Cindy Anthony, having become frantic as a result of not seeing Caylee for 31 days, called 911 to report the child missing and that her daughter Casey claimed the child had been kidnapped. A missing child investigation was immediately launched by the Orange County (FL) sheriff's department but was immediately roadblocked by Casey Anthony telling them lies, misdirecting the investigation, and refusing to cooperate in any real way with the investigation. Because of her lies and her suspicious behavior during the 31 days that the child was missing, a grand jury indicted Casey Anthony for capital murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and four counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer. Casey Anthony's trial began on May 9, 2011 and the jury delivered a verdict on July 5, 2011. Ms. Anthony was acquitted on the three charges relating to the death of her daughter but was convicted on the four charges of providing false information to law enforcement. She was sentenced to one year in jail on each of the four counts, less time served and time off for good behavior. Casey Anthony was released from jail on July 17, 2011 with no further criminal charges pending against her.
Casey Anthony currently has one child whom is deceased.
I would say the probablity is high that Anthony has some form of a personality disorder. Her problems did not begin with the discovery by her parents that her daughter was missing. She has a long history of lying, stealing, and other disturbing behaviour. It is a little frightening that she has been turned lose on society. Irreguardless of the manner of Caylee's death, Casey Anthony's demeanor up until her arrest is absolutely shocking. Her revised story was accidental drowning. Any parent that has lost a child through accident, disease or any other cause, by the very nature of being a parent, would be so overcome with grief to the point of being non-functional. Sharon Rocha (Lacey Peterson's mother), was the embodiment of grief, as was Polly Klaas's parents. They never fully recover. Casey Anthony reminded me of Darlie Routier as she sprayed Silly String on her murdered boy's graves just days after their demise. It is very true that not every person displays emotions in the same way. We all deal with life's tragedies differently. But the behaviour of Casey Anthony tells it's own story. Unfortunately, the jury was not paying attention.
Any chance it was "Mad Love" 1995 with Drew Barrymore and Chris O'Donnell? Description: Casey and Matt are high school kids in love. They run away together Casey's parents check her into a mental hospital for trying to kll herself. Matt sneaks her out and on the road Casey starts to have Mental problems.
