Near the end of the film, Captain Hook is upsetting Peter by stressing the fact that Wendy was leaving him and telling him that in the future, Wendy won't love him any more and that she'll get married. this makes Peter very sad and it drains him of all his previous energy. Hook is about to kill him, but Wendy temporarily stops him from doing so and bends down to kiss Peter. Now everyone knows that a kiss is a powerful thing, and in the movie, it makes Peter strong again and he defeats Captain Hook.
