Arguably Vatican City, but there was a disturbing shooting fray some years ago that took the life of a Swiss Guardsman, the Police Commandant , and the Commandant"s Wife. all three were Swiss Nationals. it was a violent crime that started out when the young officer shot the Police Commandant, his Wife, and then turned the gun on himself, so it was technically a murder-suicide. sort of out-of-state as the suicide component was certainly a Swiss National. still very unusua.
