There does not seem to be any film or taping of the Broadway production of The Jazz Singer in 1925 that is available to the public. There are copies of this production from 1980 that are available for purchase.

Not any time soon. There hasn't been any talk about "Finding Nemo" going on Broadway, but "Dumbo" the Broadway musical is in the works.
You'll have to look online, as far as I know, their aren't any currently. Usually for such important figures, directors already have a well known actor in mind.
Leon Thomas III didn't provide any voicework in the original film, though he did play young Simba in The Lion King on Broadway.
