Yea its called going to the gym. Dont ever depend on drugs to get abbs or any form of muscle. Because in most cases you will regret it. Just keep going to the gym and in 1 or 2 months you should see some major differences.
you can make zombie drugs but you are not allowed to make drugs of any sort but if you make zombie drugs and use them on someone you will be really dumb because all that is going to happen is you will get killed so do not make any drugs at home including zombie drugs.

You can play any Sim in any of the expansion packs, or you can create a new Sim. You must move them into a home first though - either one you built yourself or one that came pre-built - before any of them will be playable.
if you are playing on a PC you need the original Sims 2 game the rest are expansion packs to make the game more enjoyable!
