No,there isn't any scientific evidence that ghosts are real.
Anything unexplained is a knowledge gap. For instance, if I know that a mirror was broken in my bathroom while I slept, but don't know how it broke, the "how it broke" is a knowledge gap. Most "evidence" of ghosts or God, or anything supernatural, comes from a knowledge gap. I could say a ghost has broken my mirror. If later I fill this gap (maybe I learn that my home was burglarized that night) then this "evidence" that a ghost was in my home has vanished as the gap has vanished. Apart from unexplained matters, there are wrongly explained matters. For example, if I use a Ouija board to contact the dead, I might believe that when the board spells out a phrase such as "I broke your mirror," that I have spoken with the dead. But in reality, I have moved the glass, but not on a conscious level. If you don't believe me, try an experiment. Get a Ouija board. Fabricate a story and tell it to two people as if it were the truth. For example, you might invite two friends over to use your Ouija board and you might tell them that you are annoyed because a spirit has broken your mirror, and want to know the spirit's name and why he did it. If your friends receive a response to your fabricated story, you will know that it can't be a s true confession of a spirit. You will know that such an explanation would be a "wrong" explanation.
