Does any one have history of karamwar rajput?

13 villages are known to me as karamwar rajputs,vashist gotra in bhojpur district & 1 village in chhapra dist.

What Gotras Are Suitable For Vashishat Gotra Boy?

Marraiage with in same Gotra is not good / not permitted. Any other Gotra is ok.

Can any one tell more about how many gotra's in srivastava and what are they?

There is only gotra for all Srivastavas (Shrivastavas) and that is Kashyap. Infact all the kayasthas belong to the same gotra Kashyap.

Chauhan are rajputs or mair rajput?

Without any doubt, Chauhans are rajputs/thakurs, or in wide sense 'kshatriya'. Gujjars also have Sub Cast "Chauhan"

Yes ,of course, Lodhi are authentic rajput They are worrier by nature & work.The word Lodham first originates in Rigveda (The oldest literature of Sanatan/ Hindu dharma), then the word again shows its presence in Manusmriti and in Parashuram sahitya. Can a khattri boy of vatsa gotra marry a brahmin girl of vatsa gotra?

Same gotra means that you are children of the same forefather. Which makes you brother and sister. It is a taboo to marry one's sister. However you can ask any temple leader about this problem he will clear your doubts.

Can a person from vats gotra do marriage from person of kaundilya gotra?

Yes, a vats can marry Kaundinya gotra. Because they are a totally different vansha tree. Vats originates from Jamadagni and Kaundinya originates from Vasihta so there will not be any health issues and at the same time the yash tatva will not diminish. If the question is from a Brahmin or Kshatrya family then the answer is - Generally No. Because both appear to be belonging to the "bharadwaj" Gotra. However in special case if the girl is adopted & donated by his maternal uncle then it may be permissible. But if they belong to any other community it may not be a hurdle because rattan bhardwaj & awadh bhardwaj may be a different clan in those communities..

Is atwal is a scheduled cast?

no atwals are jat sikh.how,ever no one can stop any person of non jat community from adopting any other's community's gotra in india. so many people from other non jat community have adopted jat sikh gotra like sandhu ,Gill,Sohi,Sidhu,etc.No one can stop any one doing so.indian constition don't bar such things.

Which is higher subcaste of rajput tanwar rajput or raghav rajput?

Both are equal . Raghav and Tanwar both share blood relation being Rajputs. Kindly don't ask such patriarchial or controversial questions . Promote Brotherhood rather than spreading hatred in terms of who is bigger or smaller. Raghav are Sooryavanshi Rajputs . Tanwar or Tomar are Puruvanshi Rajputs. It should also be kept in mind that Tanwar or Tomar surname is also commonly found among Jaats and Gurjars . So a person writing Tanwar or Tomar surname doesn't necessarily means he is a Rajput. Though this is not the case with Raghav Rajputs. Their population is relatively low as compared to Tomars. And their surname is generally not found in any other caste. JAI HIND.
