Truthfully, recently I have read an article that says some cheeses might be haram. Some cheese can contain enzymes of pigs. You should call the companies and ask. Just like Kellogg Cereal and rice crispies are made of Gelatin that comes from pigs.
It is very hard to find out if there were other ingredients added during the process of making cheese. Sometimes when you buy cheese, the sellers would not be able to tell you. If you are really afraid of eating something haram, you should just avoid it.
