It depends, if you eat rice only then yes, you will become malnourished, if you eat too much rice at each meal, you could become fat, thus causing other propblems. Everything in moderaton is the key. There is a lot of nutrition in rice, but it is not a complete meal, add some protein to it, like beans, meat, or eggs.
Overnight rice should not be harmful to the body. The only problem would be carbohydrates turn into sugar which is not healthy in excessive amounts.
